Q: When will my order arrive?
A:  Due to our products being handmade, please allow for 3-10 business days for processing and shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will be notified via email. 

Q: My earrings were not what I ordered or arrived damaged. What should I do?
A: Contact essentiallytesia@gmail.com for damaged or incorrect earrings.  Please include all information (name, email, etc.) that you used while purchasing so that we can easily rectify this issue. 

Q: I wear clip-on earrings. Do you offer that option?
A: Our crochet-wood bead earrings can be made with clip-on earring backs. Contact essentiallytesia@gmail.com so that we can make accommodations.
